My name is Richard Shepard. I have been in the Electrical trade since 2001. I branched out on my own in 2009. Shepard Electrical Contractors is a family owned and operated business. As a small business owner you deal with me and only me. Many licensed electricians have been grandfathered into an electrical licenses. However I earned my license by completing all the state of Ohio's required schooling and testing to become a Licensed Electrical Contractor.
